These terms govern your use of balisoulfullretreat.com and any enquiry you send us. Taksu Soul Retreats is a booking-facilitation brand: we arrange soulful, ceremony-rooted Bali retreats through vetted licensed partners and do not own the villas, temples, or transport involved. Booking is completed directly with the operator, Bali Premium Trip. By using this site you accept the terms below, current as of 2026 and subject to change.
Please read this page before you send an enquiry or place a deposit. If any clause is unclear, message us on WhatsApp at +62 811-2859-0000 or email sales@balipremiumtrip.com and we will explain it in plain language before you commit to anything.
Who are you actually dealing with?
Taksu Soul Retreats is the on-site brand. The website and its editorial content are published by Juara Holding Group. Retreat bookings, payments, and on-the-ground delivery are handled by Bali Premium Trip, the operator that receives your reservation and issues your confirmation.
Our role is that of a concierge and travel arranger. We connect you with independently licensed providers — Balinese priests (pemangku) and healers, sound-healing and breathwork facilitators, villa hosts, drivers, and water-temple guides at sites such as Tirta Empul in Tampaksiring (Gianyar Regency) and Pura Gunung Kawi Sebatu. We are not the owner of those assets and we are not a licensed medical, mental-health, financial, or legal adviser.
| What we are | What we are not |
|---|---|
| A concierge arranging retreats via vetted licensed partners | The owner of villas, temples, or vehicles |
| Publisher of the editorial content on this site | A medical or mental-health provider |
| The point of contact for enquiries and quotes | A licensed financial, legal, or tax adviser |
| A facilitator whose confirmations are issued by Bali Premium Trip | A guarantor of any spiritual or health outcome |
What does “no guaranteed outcome” mean here?
Melukat is a living Balinese Hindu purification ritual used to cleanse negative energy and restore spiritual balance. We describe it, along with priest blessings, sound healing, and breathwork, as cultural and spiritual experiences — never as medical treatment or a cure.
Nothing on this site is a promise of healing. We make no claim that any ceremony will resolve grief, heartbreak, anxiety, trauma, or any physical or psychological condition. If you are living with clinical grief, a mental-health condition, or a medical concern, please continue to seek qualified professional care. A retreat with us is a complement to that care, not a substitute for it.
You take part in ceremonies and activities at your own considered choice and, where relevant, on your physician’s advice.
How do bookings, deposits, and payments work?
An enquiry is not a booking. A booking exists only once Bali Premium Trip issues a written confirmation and you have paid the deposit. The figures below are typical terms as of 2026 and are confirmed in writing per booking before payment — they are subject to change and always superseded by the confirmation you receive.
| Stage | Typical term (as of 2026, subject to change) |
|---|---|
| Enquiry | Free; no obligation on either side |
| Deposit to confirm dates | Commonly 30–50% of the total, stated on your quote |
| Balance | Due before or on arrival, as set out in your confirmation |
| Currency | Quoted in IDR or USD; bank or card fees are your responsibility |
| Taxes and service | Where a partner rate shows “++”, government tax and service charge are added on top |
Prices we mention for third-party operators — for example, that The Meru Sanur lists a 60-minute Lukat Toya water ritual at IDR 800,000++ per person, or that a Tirta Empul melukat-and-temple tour starts around US$33.00 per adult on Tripadvisor — are market references only, quoted to help you plan. They are not Taksu’s own rates and are subject to change by those operators.
What is your cancellation and change policy?
Cancellation terms depend on the partners and dates in your itinerary, so the exact schedule is written into your confirmation. As a general framework, current as of 2026 and subject to change:
- More than 30 days before arrival — deposit typically refundable, less any non-recoverable partner or bank fees already paid.
- 14 to 30 days before arrival — the deposit is commonly forfeited.
- Fewer than 14 days, or a no-show — the booking is usually non-refundable.
- Rescheduling — we will always try to move your dates in good faith, subject to partner availability and any price difference.
Some elements are calendar-sensitive. Balinese holy days such as Galungan and Kuningan, and the island-wide silence of Nyepi, can close services entirely. If a ceremony cannot proceed because of a religious observance, weather affecting an outdoor ritual, or a force-majeure event beyond our control, we will offer a reschedule or arrange the best available alternative rather than a guaranteed cash refund.
Respectful-tourism conditions apply on site: guests wear a sarong and sash, handle offerings with the right hand, keep the head lower than the presiding priest, and observe the Cuntaka taboo, which traditionally restricts menstruating women from certain temple rituals. Photography during rituals is only with permission. A provider may decline participation where these conditions are not met, and that does not create a refund entitlement.
How is my personal data handled?
We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and arrange your retreat — typically your name, contact details, travel dates, and any preferences you choose to share.
For visitors in Indonesia, we handle personal data in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP, Law No. 27 of 2022). For international visitors, including those in the EU/EEA and UK, we apply GDPR-aware practices: we process your data on the lawful basis of taking steps at your request before a booking, we keep it only as long as needed, and we do not sell it. Because you reach us through WhatsApp and email, messages you send travel through those third-party services under their own terms.
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or to stop contacting you, at any time via sales@balipremiumtrip.com. Our full [Privacy Policy](/privacy-policy/) sets out these rights in detail and forms part of these terms.
What are the limits of our liability?
To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, Taksu Soul Retreats, Bali Premium Trip, and Juara Holding Group are not liable for injury, loss, illness, or disappointment arising from services delivered by independent third-party providers, from your own health decisions, or from events beyond our reasonable control such as weather, religious closures, transport disruption, or acts of nature.
Where we are found liable, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected booking. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and medical insurance for every guest, and that you verify your own visa position — Indonesia’s visa-on-arrival and longer-stay options change, and this page is not legal advice.
Which law governs these terms?
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts. We would always rather resolve a concern by conversation first — reach the reservations team on WhatsApp at +62 811-2859-0000 or email sales@balipremiumtrip.com.
We may update these terms as our services and the law evolve; the version published here, dated 2026, applies to your use of the site and to enquiries made while it is current.
